At Custom Stuff, we work hard to get your promotional products manufactured and dispatched to you as quickly as possible. Because our inventory includes locally stocked goods, express services, and offshore manufacturing, dispatch times vary depending on the items you purchase.

Please note: All turnaround times outlined below are calculated from the date you give final sign-off on your digital artwork proof.

1. Standard Turnaround (Locally Stocked Items)

For most of our popular, locally stocked promotional products, we utilize local decoration facilities.

• Dispatch Window: Expected dispatch within 2 to 4 weeks (14 to 28 days) following final artwork approval.

2. Express Turnaround (Priority Service)

Need your items in a hurry? Select items from our local inventory are eligible for our priority rush service.

• Dispatch Window: Expected dispatch within 3 to 5 business days following final artwork approval.

3. Overseas Sourced Items (Factory Direct)

For completely custom, high-volume, or specialized promotional products manufactured at our overseas production facilities, longer lead times apply.

• Dispatch Window: Expected dispatch within 1 to 4 months depending on the specific product type and manufacturing cycle.

Shipping Cost & Transit Times

Once your order leaves our production facility, actual time in transit will vary based on the specific courier network, the point of origin, and your final Australian delivery address.
